Right of Revocation for Austria\/EU<\/strong>
\nYou have the right to revoke the contract of sale within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
\nIn order to exercise the right of revocation, you must contact us (Myherba-Shopping, owner: Eric Max Stanley Casablanca, Anton-Auer-Str. 9,6410 Telfs<\/i>) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) of the decision to revoke this contract.
\nYou can use the attached sample revocation form, but it is not mandatory. In order to respect the revocation period, it is sufficient that the message on the exercise of the right of revocation is sent before the expiry of the revocation period. The cost of the return will be borne when exercising the right of revocation by the consumer.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Revocation<\/strong>
\nIn the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g. interest) must be issued. If you are unable to return or issue the service or benefits received (e.g. benefits of use) to us or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. For the deterioration of the item and for the benefits drawn, you only have to pay compensation to the extent that the use or the deterioration are due to a handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and the functioning. “Examination of the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a store, for example. Items that can be shipped by parcel can be returned at our Risk. You must bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered or if, at a higher price, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 Days. The deadline for you starts with the submission of your Declaration of Revocation or the Item, for us with its receipt.<\/p>\n
